A passion for the Real Estate industry has been the energy behind the success that Sandy Mushinski has enjoyed in the San Antonio real estate market.  Licensed in 1999, she began what has proven to be a truly rewarding journey.  A third-generation San Antonian, and graduate of Holmes High School, she has a comprehensive insight into the city and all that it has to offer her clients.  From first-time home buyers to corporate relocations, she excels in the level of customer service she delivers and this has propelled her to the top of her industry. Sandy has earned the ALHS, CNS, and CFS designations and is working toward the coveted GRI designation.

In 2004 Sandy’s husband, Andy, joined forces with her.  Together they partnered to further their real estate business and the efforts paid off.  Their team consistently ranked in the San Antonio Business Journal Top 50 REALTORS® and earned a winning place of honor in the PT-50 organization.  Andy is very active with the San Antonio Board of REALTORS®, currently serving as a director of the board and member at large on the executive committee.  Additionally, he sits on the  Keller Williams Agent Leadership Committee.  He is a graduate of the Texas REALTORS® Leadership program, has achieved his e-PRO designation and serves on the REALTOR/Builder, TREPAC and Finance committees at the board.  Since partnering with Sandy, Andy has worked with buyers and sellers and has come into his own dealing with investors from various Texas real estate markets as well as out of state buyers.

The team expanded again in 2014 with the addition of a buyer’s agent, Jesse Landin.  Jesse, a San Antonio native as well, entered into real estate to fulfill a passion he has for making a difference in people’s lives. As the team’s buyer’s agent, he aims to assist buyers during the process of purchasing properties. A problem solver by nature, Jesse has assumed the motto, “winners find a way.” Accepting nothing less than to exceed his clients’ expectations, Jesse sets the bar high and encourages his clients to hold him to that.

Sandy couldn’t be more proud of the growth that her initial efforts as a sole REALTOR® has resulted in.  She credits the team’s success with the fact that each member always gives 150% and goes the extra mile when dealing with buyers and sellers.
